Robert MacNaughton, Aperture's Associate Portfolio Manager and Head of US Credit is an established finance executive with over 23 years of investment experience. He most recently served as Head of US Leveraged Finance Trading at UBS, and before that spent over 15 years in distressed debt at Credit Suisse, holding the role of Head of Public Distressed Debt for 11 years. MacNaughton has now joined Aperture Investors as Associate Portfolio Manager and the newest member of its growing global credit team. In this newly created role, he will head up the firm's New York-based credit team as well as support their overall fixed-income strategy. MacNaughton will focus on the US market but also collaborate on opportunities internationally. His expertise spans multiple segments of the high-yield and distressed loan market.
