Andre Shmain is a Director focusing on Portfolio Analytics for the Structured Credit Strategy at Aperture Investors. Prior to joining Aperture, he was a member of Napier Park Global Capital’s structured products investment team specializing in CLO tranches. With extensive experience in structured credit, Andre was responsible for identifying investment opportunities, portfolio surveillance, valuations, and building out trading and analytical systems for CLO management and tranche investment businesses. Before Napier Park, Andre was a Principal at Oak Hill Advisors, where he managed analytics for structured products. He has also held roles at Deutsche Bank, Bank of America, Lehman Brothers, and Morgan Stanley, working in CLOs, structured products, and risk management. Andre holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Moscow Institute of Radiotechnics, Electronics, and Automation.
