Adam E. Haya

Adam E. Haya is an Associate Director on the Structured Credit team at Aperture Investors. Prior to joining Aperture, Adam was a Vice President, Senior Analyst at T. Rowe Price where he was responsible for portfolio positioning, security selection and surveillance of the firm’s CMBS investments. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price, he was a CMBS Desk Strategist at Barclays where he informed trading strategy in CMBS securities and CMBX. Before joining Barclays, Adam was a Senior Director at Nuveen (TIAA-CREF), where he focused on CMBS investments across total rate of return and insurance strategies. Earlier in his career, Adam helped launch Kroll Bond Ratings and began his career at New England Asset Management. Adam earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Connecticut College.
