Prateek Pant
Senior Risk Officer
Prateek is the Senior Risk Officer at Aperture.
For over 20 years Prateek has been a risk manager at sell-side and buy-side firms. Most recently, he served as a Managing Director at Lazard Asset Management, where he was heading the risk management team responsible for the oversight of the firm’s fixed income, hedge funds and UCITS funds businesses. Prior to that he was a risk manager covering various Proprietary Trading activities at Societe Generale. He started his career at Sanwa Financial Products as a Quantitative Analyst specializing in derivative pricing and risk models.
Prateek earned his Ph. D in Mathematical Physics from Northeastern University, Boston and his undergraduate degree is from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT)-Kanpur.
